Who this loft is for derived, not measured
A fixed-loft pillow suits a body whose required loft lands in its band. Running the fit model backwards gives the neck-to-shoulder measurement this pillow actually serves, per mattress — because how far your shoulder sinks changes the answer as much as your shoulders do.
It is sold in 2 discrete heights (4″, 5″), so the range below spans them. The calculator will name which one your measurement points at.

|---|---|
| Firm mattress | 4.4″ – 6″ |
| Medium mattress | 5″ – 6.8″ |
| Soft mattress | 5.8″ – 8″ |
