Which one
Only one of these can be checked before it arrives. Blissbury publishes 2.3–3.3", which suits Firm 2.7–4.3″, Medium 3.3–5.1″, Soft 4.1–6.3″. Helix publishes no height at all. Neither pillow adjusts, so if the height is wrong there is nothing to remove and nothing to add — which makes an unpublished loft on a fixed pillow the one omission that cannot be worked around.
One of these states its trial two different ways. Blissbury: The page states both a 100-Night Free Sleep Trial and a 30 night sleep trial. That ambiguity is itself worth weighing when the trial is what protects you.
