Which one
If you cannot measure, the longer window is the one that protects you: Helix at 30 nights against Amerisleep at 0. On a fit problem you are buying the right to be wrong.
Only one of these can be checked before it arrives. Amerisleep publishes 6", which suits Firm 6.4–7″, Medium 7–7.8″, Soft 7.8–9″. Helix publishes no height at all. Neither pillow adjusts, so if the height is wrong there is nothing to remove and nothing to add — which makes an unpublished loft on a fixed pillow the one omission that cannot be worked around.
